River Renew - LEAP

River Renew introduces LEAP – Lifeline Emergency Assistance Program. This program will assist Alexandria customers that are having difficulty paying their sewer bills. LEAP is currently being funded through charitable donations. In the Spring, existing customers will have the opportunity to make monthly contributions to the program.
