Helping Hearts Dance Event

Sponsored by Adult Day Services Center, the Helping Hearts Dance event invites all community members to experience the arts and encourages lifelong movement. Parking is FREE. Senior centers, older adults, caregivers, and community members are invited to experience contemporary, modern, musical theater, and tap performances that inspire lifelong movement and foster a love of the arts as well as provide activities for seniors in the DMV.
