America 250 City Art Poster Contest

This year marks America’s 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. To mark this historic milestone, the U.S. Conference of Mayors, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts, is launching the America 250 City Art Poster Project.

The winning artwork will be unveiled at a public reception on Thursday, April 23 at 7PM  at the Torpedo Factory Art Center, where all submitted pieces will be on display. The submission deadline is April 17, 2026.
