Wegmans has officially broke ground on Madeville Lane

The highly anticipated grocery store has finally broken ground off of Eisenhower Ave right behind the AMC Movie Theater! Wegmans will be a joint venture between Stonebridge, a real estate and invest firm, Creek Lane Capital, and MetLife Investment Management.

The project is 1 million-square-foot, $400 million mixed-use development at Hoffman Town Center and will include 210,00 square feet of dedicated retail, including the urban-format, 85,000-square-foot Wegmans, with the remaining being approximately 720 apartments. The development will range from 11 to 18 stories, with the tallest tower being 220 feet. The project’s first phase is expected to open in the Fall of 2021 and Wegman’s opening by March 2022.
