People of Hope Museum Opening

Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) will host a soft opening of its newest initiative, the People of Hope Museum, March 23 in the lot at the corner of Eisenhower Avenue and Anchor Street next to the Eisenhower Metro Station. Through funding from Lilly Endowment, the national storytelling effort will feature a tech-enabled, tractor trailer-sized museum traveling the country for the next three years. It is a novel, exciting initiative to inspire people to engage in their local community and to volunteer, and to highlight the humanity and hope in the stories of those we serve.
