Virginia 250 Passport

Historic Alexandria is joining 70 premier historic destinations across Virginia to launch the Virginia 250 Passport, a first-of-its-kind statewide tourism journey celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.

Alexandria’s own Gadsby’s Tavern Museum, The Lyceum, and the Alexandria Black History Museum are featured stops on the trail. Families can collect stamps, unlock discounts, and even earn prizes, all while exploring Virginia’s rich and diverse history.

Free passports are available at major historic sites throughout the state and at Virginia Welcome Centers.
