Holland Lane Corridor Improvements Project

The City of Alexandria’s Department of Transportation & Environmental Services is reaching out to the community for input regarding the concept design options proposed for the Holland Lane Corridor Improvements Project. The purpose of this project is to create a safer, more accessible, and comfortable travel experience for people of all ages, abilities and travel modes along Holland Lane, from Duke Street to Eisenhower Avenue.

There are two ways to participate:

·        Complete the online feedback form

2.      Virtual Community Meeting

·        Thursday, April 11, 2024

The City developed the design options based on community input collected in Summer 2023, as well as data analysis and an evaluation of existing conditions on the corridor. After the community comment period closes on April 21, the project team will identify a preferred alternative, which will be considered by the Traffic and Parking Board during a public hearing later this spring.
